PUBLIC OFFER for participation in the Multfilin Street Animation FestivalThis Public Offer constitutes an invitation from the Organizer of the Multfilin Street Animation Festival to enter into an agreement for participation in the Festival under the terms set out below.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Organizer of the Festival is an individual entrepreneur (or sole operator of the project) acting within the applicable tax regime (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.2. This Offer defines the procedure for participation in the Multfilin Street Animation Festival (hereinafter referred to as the “Festival”), the conditions for submitting works, and the interaction between Participants and the Organizer.
1.3. Participation in the Festival is voluntary and carried out in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

2. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER
2.1. The Participant submits an original animated work to the Festival, created in any technique, including mobile devices, digital tools, and other creative media.
2.2. The Festival aims to support children and youth creativity in the field of animation, encourage young creators, and promote animation as a form of artistic expression.

3. PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE
3.1. To participate, the Participant submits their work through the official submission forms available on the Festival website.
3.2. The Participant confirms that:
  • the submitted work is original and created by them;
  • it does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties;
  • it may be used for informational, promotional, and archival purposes related to the Festival.
3.3. Submission of a work constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

4. USE OF WORKS
4.1. The Participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive right to:
  • publish the work within the Festival;
  • display it on the Festival website and official social media channels;
  • use it for informational, educational, and archival purposes related to the Festival.
4.2. All intellectual property rights remain with the Participant.

5. PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The Participant consents to the processing of personal data provided during submission solely for the purposes of organizing and conducting the Festival.
5.2. Personal data shall not be shared with third parties, except where required by applicable laws or necessary for the execution of the Festival.

6. LIABILITY
6.1. The Organizer is not responsible for the content of works submitted by Participants.
6.2. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe upon copyright or any other rights of third parties.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. This Offer is deemed accepted upon submission of a work to the Festival.
7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or update this Offer by publishing the revised version on the official website.
7.3. Any matters not regulated by this Offer shall be governed by applicable laws.
